CreoHaus ("we", "us") runs this website, www.creohausdesign.com. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect when you visit, book a call or send us a message, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, ask us. We're happy to explain.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the basic details any phone or website needs to work.
- When you send our form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, business name, and the budget range you pick.
- When you book a call: your name, phone number, email address and the time you choose.
- When you text, email or message us: what you write to us and what we write back.
- When you call us: your phone number and the time of the call. If we miss your call, our phone system notes it so we can get back to you, and it may send you one text asking what you're calling about.
- Whether you agreed to texts: if you tick the texting box on our form, we keep a record that you did and when.
We don't take payments on this website, and we don't ask for anything sensitive like your date of birth or financial details.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels today. If we ever add them, we'll update this page first.
Like every website, the pages load a few files from other services: our fonts come from Google Fonts, some animation code comes from a public content network, and our booking calendar and form are provided by HighLevel. Those services receive the basic information any browser sends when it loads a file, such as your IP address and browser type, and the booking calendar and form may use their own cookies to work properly. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
- To answer your message and set up the call you booked.
- To call you at the time you picked, and to send reminders or updates about your request.
- To prepare for our conversation, so we don't waste your time.
- If you become a client, to do the work we agreed on and keep in touch about it.
We don't sell your information, and we don't rent or trade it. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who helps us handle it
We're a small business, so we use a few trusted tools to run things. They handle your information only to provide their service to us.
- HighLevel (also called LeadConnector): our booking calendar, website form, texting, phone line and inbox. What you send through the form, the calendar, a text or a call is stored there.
- Our web host: the company that serves this website keeps standard server logs (like IP addresses and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
- Phone companies: texts and calls travel over the phone carriers' networks, like any text or call.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the box on our form agreeing to texts, we'll text you about your request: confirming we got it, setting up or reminding you about your call, and replying to your questions.
- Agreeing to texts is optional. It's never a condition of buying anything from us.
- How often we text depends on your request, so message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@creohausdesign.com or call (856) 387-5066.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we're talking with you about your request. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together, and afterward for as long as we need to for our records and for the law (for example, tax records). If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
It's your information. You can ask us to:
- tell you what we have about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete it, or
- stop texting or emailing you.
Just email info@creohausdesign.com or call (856) 387-5066. We'll take care of it and let you know when it's done. For texts, replying STOP works too.
Our clients’ customers
This policy covers this website and how CreoHaus talks with you. When we set up websites, forms and texting for our clients, the information their customers send belongs to that business and is covered by that business's own privacy policy.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers, keep access to your information limited to the people who need it, and protect our accounts with strong passwords. No system online is perfect, but we take reasonable care, and we'll tell you if something ever goes wrong that affects you.
Children
This website is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, let us know and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
