Google Review Requests in One Tap for South Jersey Businesses

Happy customers mean to leave a review. When the job is done, pick the customer and tap send. They get a friendly text with a link straight to your Google review box.

Sound familiar?

They loved the work. The review never happened.

Most happy customers will leave a review when someone makes it easy. This makes it easy, and you send every request yourself.

  • Never got around to it

“I always mean to ask for a review when I finish a job. Then I’m on to the next one and it never happens.”

  • No link, no review

“They said they’d leave one. I never sent them the link, and they never found the page.”

  • Feels awkward

“Asking in person feels pushy, and I never know what to say in a text.”

How it works

How does a one-tap review request work?

When a job is done, you open your inbox, pick the customer and tap send. They get a friendly text with a link straight to your Google review box. If they miss it, one polite reminder follows three days later. Nothing goes out unless you send it.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the customer

Open Reviews in your inbox and choose who to ask. Their name, your message and your Google link fill in.

  2. Step 2

    Tap send

One tap. The message is already written, in your words, by text or email.

  3. Step 3

They get a text with the link

“Hi Alex, thanks again for choosing us. If you have a minute, would you leave us a quick Google review?” The link opens your review box.

  4. Step 4

    Their review goes on Google

They pick the stars and write a line. It shows on your Google profile, right where new customers look.

What's included

Asking for reviews, made easy

Everything here comes with every build. We do all of the setup.

Included. No second number to pay for.

Requests go out from the same texting number as Missed Call Text Back, so the only costs are that number’s phone company fees, charged to your own card with no markup from us: about a penny a text. Requests by email cost a fraction of a penny each.

  • One tap to ask.

Pick the customer, the message and your Google link fill in, you tap send.

  • Your words.

We write the message with you so it sounds like your business.

  • Straight to Google.

The link opens your review box, so there is no searching for your page.

  • One friendly reminder.

If they miss it, one reminder follows three days later. Then nothing more.

  • You press send.

Nothing goes out until you send it. It is never sent on its own.

  • Every customer, the honest way.

The same link goes to every customer. We never steer unhappy customers away from Google. Google doesn’t allow that, and we wouldn’t want it anyway.

  • Tested before launch.

We send a request to ourselves and follow the link to make sure it opens your review box.

The honest comparison

Asking in person, a review app, or us

An honest look at the other ways to ask for reviews.

Asking in person, A do-it-yourself review app, CreoHaus compared
Asking in person A do-it-yourself review app CreoHaus
How easy it is for the customer They have to find your page later A link, once you set it up A text with a link straight to your review box
If they forget Nothing reminds them Depends on the app One friendly reminder, three days later
Where you send it from Face to face One more app The same inbox as your calls, texts and forms
Who sets it up Nothing to set up You: the app, the link, the message We do, and we test it
Within Google's rules Yes Some apps steer unhappy customers away from Google, which Google does not allow Yes: every customer gets the same link

What it doesn’t do: it doesn’t write reviews, pay for them or pick out only happy customers. Every review is a real customer’s own words.

Straight answers

Questions about One-Tap Reviews

Straight answers, including what Google allows and what happens if we part ways.

No. You pick the customer and tap send, so nothing goes out unless you send it. The only thing that follows on its own is one reminder three days later, if they missed the first text.

Something like: “Hi Alex, thanks again for choosing us. If you have a minute, would you leave us a quick Google review? It really helps a small business like ours.” with your review link. We write yours with you.

Google’s rules say businesses can’t ask only the customers they expect to leave good reviews, or steer unhappy ones away. So the honest way, and the one we set up, is to ask every customer once the job is done. Great work does the rest.

No. Google doesn’t allow any reward for a review, so we never set one up. A friendly ask is all it takes.

Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking. They also help people choose you once they find you.

Yes, and you should. Google says replying shows you value your customers’ feedback. You reply from your Google Business Profile.

No. It’s included in every build. Text requests use the same number as Missed Call Text Back, and email requests cost a fraction of a penny each.

Every review your customers left stays on your Google profile for good. Reviews belong to your profile, not to us.

The review requests stop, and the texting line is yours to keep: we move it to any phone company you choose before we close anything, at no charge from us.
