These terms cover your use of the CreoHaus website and our text messages. By using the site, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain words. If something doesn't make sense, ask us.
Using this website
This website is here to help you learn about CreoHaus, see our work, book a call or send us a message. Please use it only for lawful purposes, and don't misuse the forms or try to break anything.
The words, design and images on this site belong to CreoHaus, except our clients' work, logos and photos, which belong to them and are shown with their permission. Please don't copy them without asking.
Our texting program
Program name: CreoHaus.
- What we send: if you agree to texts on our form, we text you about your request: confirming we got it, setting up or reminding you about your call, and replying to your questions. If you call us and we miss it, you may get one text asking what you're calling about.
- How often: message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. We'll send one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and then no more.
- For help: reply HELP, or email info@creohausdesign.com or call (856) 387-5066.
- Agreeing to texts is optional and never a condition of buying anything from us.
- Phone carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Nothing here is a quote
What you read on this site describes what we do. It isn't an offer, a quote or a contract. Every project starts with a conversation, and the actual work, price and timeline are agreed in writing between you and CreoHaus before anything begins. If that written agreement ever says something different from this page, the written agreement wins.
We don't guarantee results we don't control. Nobody can promise a spot on Google, a number of calls or a number of reviews, and we never will. What we promise is the work itself: a website, photos and systems built carefully and tested before they go live.
What you own when you work with us
- Your domain is yours, registered in your name.
- Every photo, video, word of website text and logo file we make for you is yours to use anywhere, including the full-quality logo files printers and sign shops need.
- Your website files: if you ever leave, we hand them over for free on request, so any web host or developer can put the site back online. Forms and texting switch off, because they run in our HighLevel account.
- Your texting number is yours. If you want to keep it when you leave, we move it to the phone company you choose, at no charge from us.
Texting number fees
The texting number that runs Missed Call Text Back, the Instant Reply Inbox and One-Tap Reviews has small fees set by the phone companies and the texting registry: a one-time registration, a monthly number and campaign fee, and about a penny a text. They're charged at cost to your own card, with no markup from us.
No long-term contract
Our monthly plan has no long-term contract. You can cancel any time. Stay because it's working, not because you signed something.
Keeping the site running
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online without interruption. Links to other websites are there to help you; we're not responsible for what those sites say or do.
Limits of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CreoHaus isn't liable for any indirect or unexpected losses that come from using this website or relying on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
